Phnom Kto mountain has the elevation of 614m. Vietnam call it Núi Cô Tô and also Vietnamized the name to Phụng Hoàng Sơn.
Phnom Kto region part of Svay Ton (Tri Ton) district is heavily populated by Khmer Krom who have been living there for centuries. Its fertile land perfect for farming and scenery to be envied for.
